Paper Presentation at SIGKDD Time Series Workshop

Duncan Barrack has just presented our paper in Sydney, Australia:

AMP: a new time-frequency feature extraction method for intermittent time-series data. In: SIGKDD Workshop on Mining and Learning from Time Series.

This was mining and learning from time series KDD workshop which details a technique for extracting time frequency patterns from intermittent time series where traditional techniques fail. This research is part of an ongoing programme of work in the Neodemographics project on how best to characterize predict human behaviour that arrives in the form of event series. Please take a look at our publications page for more recent work in this area!
